The City of Concord would like to present our area Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Goal and Methodology for the next three years. The overall goal for the City of Concord/CK Rider Transit for Federal Fiscal Years 2025 – 2027 is 2%.The effective date of this goal will be October 1, 2025. The estimated amount of the CK Rider budget over the three-year period that would be assisted by FTA Federal Funds and have the potential for DBE participation is $11,292,500. The estimated amount of capital funds the City of Concord/CK Rider anticipates spending is $2,300,000 for the expansion of and/or updating existing bus shelters to include concrete pads and amenity installations.
The methodology used to derive the goal for the City of Concord/CK Rider will be presented on August 2nd at 9:00am at the CK Rider Transit Center. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to attend and are welcome to present their comments and feedback on this new goal during this time. Additionally, The City of Concord/CK Rider will accept comments on the new goal and its rationale from the date of this notice until Tuesday, September 10th, 2024. Please send all comments to:
